We ship stuff to you as soon as you pay us; it's that simple. Using Standard Shipping allows us to ship the items you order to you in the most cost effective way. Generally this will be first class mail from the USPS or UPS ground. Occasionally we will have a real run on a product, and we sell out sooner than expected. We hate the inconvenience we know that causes you, and we will try to make it right as soon as we can. Many of our items are shipped directly to you by our suppliers to reduce overall shipping times, but occasionally they run out of stock too. Still, we will notify you if this happens and you can tell us what you want us to do about backordered items. Please note that occasionally orders are shipped in more than one package and sometimes even from more than one location, so not all items may arrive at the same time. Not to worry, if there is a problem you will be dealing only with us.

Here are the details of our shipping policy: FitnessByTAI.com ships all U.S bound package orders via UPS Ground or United States Postal Service. Rates are based on current UPS and USPS rates, your zip code, and the weight and size of the product. International orders are shipped on products where custom regulations permit. You can contact us if you want to know our international shipping rates.  Important: the customer is responsible for paying all import duty, taxes, brokerage fees, etc. on receipt of the shipment. Refusing the shipment will result in the customer being charged for all shipping charges and fees, including return shipping fees and 20% restocking fee.

Warranty / Guarantee Statement

FitnessByTAI.com warrants and guarantees that our products are, during normal use, free from defects in material and workmanship.  If a product does not function as warranted during the warranty period, contact the Manufacturer or FitnessByTAI.com for repair or replacement. If an item is missing from the order you will need to let us know within 5 days of the order. We will ship out the missing item direct to you for no additional charge. This obviously costs us money to do, so we are very careful to not make these types of mistakes and it has been an extremely rare occurrence.

Return Policy

Orders cancelled before they are shipped will be issued a full refund.  However, once an item has been shipped, customers are responsible for shipping charges, both ways, and possible restocking fees.  We DO NOT have a "Use It & Return It policy".  Please make sure that you are purchasing the right device for your application.  Merchandise may be returned within 10 days of the original invoice date for a refund.  No returns accepted for any reason beyond 7 days after the date of delivery. All items returned for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee (if the item has been used and must be sold as used). Some products many have additional manufacturers factory coverage. If this is the case, you should directly contact the manufacturer of your item for information regarding eligibility and specific manufacturer Terms and Conditions.

Return Procedure

Please call us at (866) 312-2164 to obtain a Return Authorization Number.  Return Authorization Numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issue - please ensure that your return is postmarked within this time period. Package the product in the original packaging with all the original parts, and paperwork. As soon as we receive your return, we will contact you to let you know we have received it.

Damaged in Transit - In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please refuse shipment if damage is external or notify us within 48 hours if the damage is concealed. WE CAN NOT ACCEPT DAMAGE CLAIMS AFTER 48 HOURS from delivery date.FitnessByTAI.com will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund when and if the claim is settled with the carrier.

If an item is damaged by UPS during the shipment, it is the customer's responsibility to contact UPS directly. Insurance is issued free up to $100 but we always pay for the additional insurance over $100. Food and water products can not be returned to be re-sold according to law, therefore refunds for food, water, and medical supplies will not be issued.

We also insure items that are shipped via the USPS at our expense. If you have a problem with an item shipped via the USPS please contact us immediately. Email is the quickest and best way to do this and we will help you sort it out.
