Legal Stuff - Disclaimer and
Liability
Come on; you're a smart person. We always
recommend that you only use our products in accordance with the manufacturer's
recommendations and your good sense. If you choose to use anything in a way
that was not intended, please do so at your own risk and don't blame us or hold
anyone else responsible. If you
buy anything from us, we're going to assume that you've taken on the
responsibility of using it as intended. You are solely responsible for what you
do with any of our products. We can't protect you from yourself. Enough said?
FitnessByTAI.com are not medical doctors. As far as we know,
there are no statements in/from this website that have been evaluated by the
Food and Drug Administration. None
of our products are intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. We
figure you're smart enough to know that already, but we just want to make sure
that you know we don't manufacture our products, so there is no way we can tell
you that they are the magic solution that will cure all your ills or make you
invincible (and we hope that you wouldn't believe anyone else if they told you
that either).
We
make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on this site, however
sometimes mistakes are made and FitnessByTAI.com cannot be responsible
for any typographical, picture or specification errors. We appreciate your
understanding.
Children are
not eligible to purchase or distribute FitnessByTAI.com products or use their
services. Minors must have a parent or adult sign and assume responsibility for
the ordering and distribution of products.
Information
that may be of interest to drivers using GPS in Minnesota and California: State law prohibits drivers in Minnesota and
California from using suction mounts on their windshields while operating motor
vehicles. Other dashboard or friction mounting options should be used instead. FitnessByTAI.com does not take any
responsibility for any fines, penalties, or damages that may be incurred as a
result of disregarding this notice. (See Minnesota Statutes 2005, Section
169.71; California Vehicle Code Section 26708(a)).
We have been informed that Canadian Customs will return any of our
kits containing matches or lighters,
so from now on we are going to have to exclude any of these items from all
orders going to Canada. We don't like this anymore than you, and one of us here
at FitnessByTAI.com is Canadian, and she is really displeased to hear this.
Still, we want you to be able to order our emergency preparedness survive and
thrive kits, so we will send the kits, but exclude the matches and lighter if
they were part of the kit.
