1. Do
you ship outside the USA?
We will
ship to most countries though we have had problems with items not getting
through in some countries. Please email us and we will see if we can work it
out and let you know the charges.
We
have been informed that Canadian Customs
will return any of our kits containing matches or lighters, so from now on we
are going to have to exclude any of these items from all orders going to
Canada. We don't like this anymore than you, and one of us here at FitnessByTAI.com
is Canadian, and she is really displeased to hear this. Still, we want you to
be able to order our emergency preparedness survive and thrive kits, so we will
send the kits, but exclude the matches and lighter if they were part of the
kit.

2. How
long after I order a product will it be shipped?
We ship
stuff to you as soon as we know you have paid us; it's that simple. Occasionally we will have
a real run on a product, and we sell out sooner than expected. We hate the inconvenience
we know that causes you, and we will try to make it right as soon as we can.
Many of our items are shipped directly to you by our suppliers to reduce
overall shipping times, but occasionally they run out of stock too. Still, we
will notify you if this happens and you can tell us what you want us to do
about backordered items.

3. Can
I place a phone order?
Online
is the best way to order but you can fax or call as well. If you get our robot
answering machine, please leave your number and we WILL call you back.

4. Will
you ship to an APO or FPO address?
Yes,
most items will ship via the US Postal Service. If there is any change in the
shipping charge you will be notified before we ship.

5. What happens if an
item is damaged or non functional?
If you receive a
product that is not working properly, we will ship out the new item. You will
need to fill out a form letting us know exactly what the problem is. All claims
must be turned in within 10 days of the order. If an item has been damaged
through shipping, you will need to contact UPS or USPS and let them know of the
problem. Shipping insurance is always included free with any order from FitnessByTAI.com.

6. What happens if an item is missing from an order?
If an item is missing from the order you will need to let us know
within 10 days of the order. We will ship out the missing item direct to you
for no additional charge. This obviously costs us money to do so we are very
careful to not make these types of mistakes and it has been an extremely rare
occurrence.

7. Will
my personal information be sold to mailing lists?
Never;
it's wrong and we don't do it. We occasionally send out a notice of our
specials but will not do it often and you can opt out if you would rather
not receive it.

8. Do
you offer other Enzymedica enzyme products besides the ones I see on your
website?
Yes. We offer all Enzymedica enzyme products. Just
email us and let us know what you want and we will get you a price for it. We intend
to put all the Enzymedica enzyme products on our website eventually, but it
takes time to get it all done. We have started by listing the products that
have been most helpful and most requested by our clients.
